5k on the Runway
The purpose of the Youngstown Air Reserve Base Community Council (YARBCC) is to invest in and maintain the presence of the Youngstown Air Reserve Station (YARS) through advocacy and public awareness. The 2nd Annual 5K on the Runway will take place on Saturday, July 6th at 8:00 AM with proceeds to benefit the future of YARS via YARBCC and the Eastern Ohio Military Affairs Commission (EOMAC), an advocacy organization under the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber.
